Update DNS record instructions to be more descriptive on how to handle a AAAA record and a CNAME record.

Update DNS record instructions to be more descriptive on how to handle a AAAA record and a CNAME record. Reorder instructions to try to call better attention to DNS requirements (put application creation after DNS setup).
